In the meantime, the link below is for a spreadsheet that will help you track your weight while “dieting”. Each quarter of the year, say the 3rd quarter that started July 1st, change the weight in the upper left corner of the page. Fill in a square, accurate to within 1/2 pound, each day you weight yourself. Over time you’ll hopefully see a trend and hopefully it’s in the downward direction.
