Well, no exercise program yet, but here’s a neat little spreadsheet that I pulled out of my archives.  Remember the guy from the PBS specials Covert Bailey?  Well I do and I either downloaded or made this spreadsheet that shows what the exercise regimen on his program was like.  There are three levels to the exercise program and if you’re anything like me you should stay on the first level for a few weeks before heading to step two.
