Reverse Dieting
While looking up places to promote and tell people about the Fat Guy Radio show, I came across this web site.
Actually I came across it in the Yahoo! Groups, but that doesn’t matter. What does matter is that this woman, Tricia Cunningham, lost 172 lbs in 9 months using this form of diet. Check out the web site or listen in to find out what she did.
