Again I’d like to thanks all the listeners for subscribing via iTunes. I don’t know how many Health & Fitness podcasts there are, but being #66 or anywhere in the top 100 is an honor. Thank you. Otherwise, I‘m now 2 lbs. closer to my goal. Less than the previous few weeks, but every pound helps. I might have to readjust my calorie intake for my new weight and yes, at The Daily Plate, my calorie intake goal is 1891 calories to lose 3 lbs a week.
