My Birthday Cake

I’m 35 years old, I’ve lost about 35 pounds during the course of the show so far, so I’m not weighing in this week. Thanks to all my new friends on MySpace. You too can follow the show on MySpace. Head on over there and add me as your friend.

Weigh-in will resume next week and I’ll report on my first week of working out using my own body as resistance. I once hurt my calf so bad doing calf raises that the swelled up to twice their size. I won’t be doing that again, but it does show how effective your own body can be as resistance.

  1. Who needs exercise equipment? Find a couple of activities that you like doing and stick with them! I bought a bike and ride it 3 to 4 times a week. I also found and really enjoy playing Disc Golf. There is a lot of walking in the sport. Good luck! I am enjoying the show!
