I’ve only had water to drink for 9 weeks. I was a Diet Coke fiend prior to starting “the diet”. I started drinking it when it was first introduced in 1982, grabbing a can when my mother wasn’t looking. I was a coffee drinker too, but when faced with a choice between the two, Diet Coke always won.
Recently I have been craving coffee, when I walk past a Starbucks or just catch a glance of the Senseo machine in the office, I start Jonesing for a cup. What’s up with that? So can I add coffee back to my diet without rocking the boat? Does it really act as a diuretic? Will I get addicted to caffeine?
