Good two weeks, down 3.4 lbs over the last two weeks. The exercise routine has started, sporatically, but at least it’s started and I’m fitting into some of my “skinny” clothes (if you can call a size 40 pant skinny.) I’m going to be at the Podcast and Portable media Expo on September 29 and 30 as part of the Orange County Podcasters. Lots of great OC Podcasters will be there at the booth to answer questions and there will be podcasting going on right then so come by and listen and maybe you’ll be on one of the shows. And I finally dialed in this whole Mac Mini Garageband recording. I’ve been struggling with getting the sound that I want on the show and I believe I have the levels right. What do you think?
