Despite my best efforts, I lost another 1.6 lbs. this week. Though I was a wee bit surprised considering what I ate this week. I went to the Hometown Buffet on Tuesday, cookies at home left over from a Cub Scout meeting. I have to take a picture of the crap that’s in the cabinets in my house.
