Jason and Steve over at GeekFit turned me on to Traineo, a website that helps you track your weight loss goals and gives others a chance to review your progress. I started the page about a month ago, and just updated it with current numbers from last week’s weigh-in. The other site I’m using to track calories consumed, on a more or less once or twice a week basis, is The Daily Plate. They are now going to a subscription based model to track weight loss goals so it is marginally less compelling to visit the site for that reason.
