I’m a little blue in the face talking about the Podcast Expo. I’ve been looking forward to this since last years show. Meanwhile in dietland, I lost 2.6 lbs. this week, though the fat percentage went up and my hydration level went down. I’ve gotta talk to an expert and see what the best way to actually get my body fat percentage is. I’ve heard about submersion techniques and sound waves in something called a BodPod. I’ll get right on that.
