I used to run. Sure it was in junior high school, but I was good. I really was. I ran the 880 individual and the 880 relay. I also in my past have run a few (2) 10Ks and I’ve done multiple (3) triathalons. So running is not completely out of the range of possibility to get the old heart rate up.
