Each episode I weigh in and the Health-O-Meter gives me my weight, body fat percentage and hydration level. Though as I go through this weight loss experience I find the best way to gauge my success is the way my clothes fit. I saved all my skinny clothes and as I lose weight they come back out, as long as they’re still fashionable. Even if they aren’t, they get at least a wearing while gardening. So next week look for the first measurement in addition to the weigh-in.
