I don’t mention working out enough, mostly because I don’t work out enough. Funny coincidence. Not so funny really. I’ve been extremely neglectful of my workouts and I’m noticing a difference in the way I feel and the weight loss. And not for the better! Part of the problem is I’m never quite sure what is the best exercise for me and how much to do it. I found this link below that provides an all over body workout that can be done in 13-15 minutes. Wait, now how much would you pay. It seems too good to be true, and maybe it is at first, but as you get stronger, the overall duration of the workout should go down to that great 15 minute mark.
