Turning off your television and getting outside can be one of the healthiest things you do today. I watch maybe 4 hours of television a week. Commercial free television, thanks to Tivo, and I’m thinking about getting down to 3 hours. I’m currently watching Lost, 24, Desperate Housewives, and Studio 60 (when it’s on). And recently I’ve replaced Studio 60 with a couple of half hour video podcasts. Now I’m thinking about dumping Desperate Housewives, much to my wife’s dismay, but I’m needing more time for other things, like podcasting, working out, and doing research for the show by reading web sites and books.
