I have to be at work at 7AM every day. I hit the snooze button multiple times each morning. I’ve actually conditioned my wife to not wake up when the alarm goes off. But I still wouldn’t consider myself an early riser. I’ve mentioned on the blog and in the show multiple times about getting enough sleep. The benefits of at least 7 hours of sleep helps with weight loss and overall well being.
