Fill up the small plate and you’ll possibly trick your mind into thinking you ate a full plate of food, when in fact you did. It was just a smaller plate. I’ve been using my children’s plates. It’s fun for them to be using the same plates Dad’s using. In case you were wondering, Buzz Lightyear is my favorite plate.
