When you start taking supplements that you hear is good for you, whether it’s ginko biloba, or ginseng, or resveratrol, it’s nice when someone takes the time to study the claims of these products. The item I’m referring to in the above short list is resveratrol. I heard it was the best anti-oxident around. And with cancer as prevalent as it is and only getting more so, a good dose of anti-oxident can’t hurt.

Well here’s another reason to take resveratrol. It has now shown to extend the lifespan of rodents, and there is research that shows the same for humans. That’s you. The article linked to below talks about a drug that researchers are developing, but I’m not waiting, nor have I been. I’ve been taking resveratrol in low dosage form for six months now. I’ve just ordered again and this time went for the higher dosage that I link to below. I don’t claim that this stuff works, but with all the research going on around it and the positive news so far, I’m not taking any chances. How about you?
