So after the first run of the second week it becomes clear how the program is going to work. Slowly increase the time that you run and you’ll get there. Gotcha. First week was 60 second runs, the second week is 90 seconds. Ninety seconds may not seem like a lot, and the over time has only increased by 1 minute, but the interval time has increased by 50 percent. That makes for a lot less oxygen for you and much more for me as I suck in the sweet sweet Long Beach air at the end of each interval.
