Finally a full week’s worth of running the second week’s program. Just to recap this week it was six 90 second runs with two minutes of walking in between. Tack on 5 minutes on either end for warm up and cool down and you got yourself a workout. I’ve downloaded week 3 of the program and will start this Sunday coming up. After tonight’s run I took an Aleve for any joint pain I might have tomorrow. Seemed like a good idea.
